About Victoria

Victoria is from Oxford. She read PPE there, came to Brussels on a diplomatic fellowship, and never quite went back — which is a story that Brussels accumulates quietly, one person at a time. She has been in the EU world long enough to understand how it actually works, and still finds it interesting, which is either remarkable or a sign of exceptional intellectual character. Probably both. She has the English quality of genuine curiosity about other people's lives.
