1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using nightgirl.eu, contacting Night Dream BV, or engaging any service offered through the NightGirl agency, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use this website or any service associated with it. Night Dream BV reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Continued use of the site following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Nature of services

Night Dream BV operates NightGirl as a premium social companion agency. The companions represented by Night Dream BV provide companionship for social engagements — including dinners, cultural outings, business events, and travel — on a professional basis. All services are legal under Belgian law.

3. Age verification

All clients must be at least 18 years of age to use any service provided by Night Dream BV. All companions represented by Night Dream BV are at least 18 years of age; this is verified as part of our onboarding process.

By making an inquiry or booking, you confirm that you are 18 or older. Night Dream BV reserves the right to request proof of age and to cancel any booking where this requirement is not met, without refund of any deposit paid.

4. Client conduct

Clients are required to treat all companions with respect, dignity, and courtesy at all times. The following are grounds for immediate cancellation without refund:

• Any request for, or attempt to engage in, sexual services
• Verbal, physical, or emotional harassment or abuse of any companion
• Misrepresentation of identity or purpose at the time of booking
• Behaviour that endangers the safety or wellbeing of any companion
• Breach of the confidentiality obligations set out in Section 7

Night Dream BV reserves the right to refuse or cancel any booking, at any stage, without being required to provide a reason, where doing so is in the interest of companion welfare.

6. Pricing

All prices are quoted in euros (€) and are inclusive of applicable Belgian VAT unless otherwise stated in writing. Rates vary by companion, engagement type, duration, and location, and are communicated at the time of inquiry. Night Dream BV reserves the right to adjust pricing for future bookings; rates are locked at the time the deposit is received.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties — the client and Night Dream BV (acting on behalf of the companion) — agree to maintain complete discretion regarding all aspects of their engagement. This includes but is not limited to: the identity of the companion, the identity of the client, the nature and details of the engagement, and any information exchanged during it.

Clients must not share, publish, or otherwise disclose any information about a companion, including photographs or other identifying material, without the express prior written consent of Night Dream BV. Breach of this obligation may give rise to legal action under Belgian law.

8. Intellectual property

All content on nightgirl.eu — including text, photography, graphics, branding, and layout — is the property of Night Dream BV or is used with the permission of the rights holder. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any content is prohibited and may constitute an infringement under Belgian and EU intellectual property law.

Profile photographs of companions are the property of the respective companions and are published with their consent. These images may not be downloaded, reproduced, or used for any purpose without the express written consent of Night Dream BV.

9. Limitation of liability

Night Dream BV acts exclusively as an agency. The companions presented on nightgirl.eu are independent professionals who determine the terms of their engagements. Night Dream BV is not a party to the social engagement itself and accepts no liability for:

• The conduct or actions of clients or companions during an engagement
• Loss, damage, or injury arising from circumstances beyond Night Dream BV's reasonable control
• Indirect or consequential losses of any kind

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory Belgian law, including liability for fraud or personal injury caused by negligence.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms or the services provided by Night Dream BV shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ottignies-Louvain-la-Neuve, Belgium.
