2. What data we collect and why
We collect only the personal data that is necessary for the purposes described below. We do not collect data speculatively or for any purpose other than those listed here.
2.1 Inquiry data
When you contact us through the website's contact form or by email, we collect your name, email address, and telephone number where provided. This information is used solely to respond to your inquiry and, where a booking follows, to manage the service relationship. You are not added to any marketing list.
2.2 Model application data
Candidates who submit an application through our apply form provide personal details including their first name, age, city of residence, contact details, physical attributes, spoken languages, and a personal statement. Photographs may be submitted as part of the application. This data is processed exclusively by our talent team for the purpose of evaluating and progressing the application. It is not shared with clients and is never used for marketing.
2.3 Technical and analytical data
When you visit nightgirl.eu, our servers and any analytics tools we operate may log your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URL, and pages visited. This data is collected in aggregate and pseudonymised form to understand how visitors use the site. See section 7 for more on cookies.
2.4 Payment inquiries
Night Dream BV does not directly process payment card data through the website. Any payment arrangements are handled through separate, secure channels and are subject to their own data handling terms.
3. Legal basis for processing
We process your personal data under one or more of the following bases set out in Article 6 of the GDPR:
Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f))
Responding to genuine service inquiries and maintaining records necessary for managing the agency.
Performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps (Art. 6(1)(b))
Where you are engaged as a companion or have entered into a service arrangement with us.

For the use of non-essential cookies and for processing application data from candidates who have explicitly consented through our application wizard.

Where Belgian law requires us to retain certain records.
4. How long we retain your data

Data is deleted or fully anonymised at the end of the applicable retention period, unless Belgian law requires longer retention.
5. Who we share your data with
We do not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be disclosed only in the following circumstances:
- IT service providers and data processors: Hosting, email, and infrastructure providers who process data on our behalf under a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) and in accordance with GDPR Chapter IV.
- Legal authorities: Where we are required to disclose data by Belgian law, court order, or regulatory authority.
Client and model data are maintained separately and are never cross-shared without explicit consent. No data is transferred outside the European Economic Area without appropriate safeguards in place.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the following rights in relation to your personal data. We respond to all valid requests within one calendar month, free of charge.
Right of access (Art. 15)
Obtain a copy of the personal data we hold about you and information on how it is processed.
Right to rectification (Art. 16)
Request that inaccurate or incomplete data be corrected without undue delay.
Right to erasure (Art. 17)
Request deletion of your data where there is no longer a legal basis for us to retain it.
Right to restriction (Art. 18)
Request that processing be limited in certain circumstances, such as while a dispute is being resolved.
Right to data portability (Art. 20)
Receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format and transmit it to another controller.
Right to object (Art. 21)
Object to processing based on legitimate interests at any time. We will cease processing unless we can demonstrate compelling grounds.
