About Sofia

Sofia is from Antwerp, which already tells you something. She studies fashion management at the Royal Academy — the same institution that produced Margiela and Demeulemeester — and she carries that city's aesthetic sensibility the way its people always do: not as a statement, but as a fact of life. She knows Antwerp with the depth that comes only from growing up in it, and she navigates it accordingly. What you notice first about Sofia is the absence of everything unnecessary. She doesn't perform warmth; she either has time for you or she doesn't, and when she does, it's entirely genuine. She is direct in the Flemish way — honest without cruelty, confident without arrogance, and entirely lacking in the need to manage your impression of her. What you see is what she is.
